SSO ID Login Error Solution Guide 2026 by Dr. Mukesh Jat IT Expert
Learn how to fix common Rajasthan SSO ID login issues like Invalid Password, Multiple ID found, and e-KYC pending with this expert guide.

1. Error: "Invalid Username or Password"

This is the most common mistake. It happens when you type the wrong spelling or use wrong capital letters.

How to Fix:

  • Forgot SSOID: If you don't remember your ID, click on "Forgot SSOID." You can get it back using your Jan Aadhaar or Google account.

  • Forgot Password: If you forgot your password, just send an SMS. Type RAJ SSO PASSWORD and send it to 9223166166 from your registered mobile number.

2. Error: "Digital Identity Already Exists"

This error comes when you try to make a new ID, but your Aadhaar or Jan Aadhaar is already linked to an old ID.

How to Fix:

  • You can have only ONE SSO ID in Rajasthan.

  • Do not try to make a new one. Instead, find your old ID using your Jan Aadhaar number.

3. Error: "Multiple SSO IDs Found"

Sometimes, people create two IDs by mistake. Google and Rajasthan Government systems do not allow this.

How to Fix:

  • You need to "Merge" your IDs.

  • Send an email to helpdesk.sso@rajasthan.gov.in with your Aadhaar card photo. They will delete the extra ID for you.

4. Error: "Invalid Captcha"

Even if you type the numbers correctly, it says "Invalid." This is a technical glitch in your browser.

How to Fix:

  • Clear your browser history and cache.

  • Try to open the website in Incognito Mode (Private Window) in Chrome.

5. Error: "e-KYC Pending" (New for 2026)

In 2026, the government made Jan Aadhaar e-KYC mandatory. If your profile is not updated, you cannot fill any forms.

How to Fix:

  • Login to your SSO ID.

  • Click on "Edit Profile."

  • Enter your Jan Aadhaar number and verify it with an OTP.

Expert Tips for Safe Login:

  • Use Google Chrome: It works best with the SSO portal.

  • Don't Share: Never share your password with any Cyber Cafe owner or unknown person.

  • Update Mobile Number: Always keep your current mobile number updated in your SSO profile.
