- Visit the official Rajasthan SSO portal: Go to the official SSO portal website:
- Click on "Forgot Password": Look for the "Forgot Password" link or option on the login page and click on it.
- Enter your registered details: You may be asked to enter your registered mobile number or email address associated with your SSO ID.
- Verify your identity: You may be required to complete a verification step, such as entering an OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
- Create a new password: Follow the instructions to create a new, strong password for your SSO ID.
- Confirm the new password: Re-enter the new password to confirm it.
- Log in with your new password: Once the password reset is successful, you can log in to your SSO account using your SSO ID and the newly created password. Follow these 2 methods to reset your credentials and use Rajasthan Government services seamlessly.

1.Reset through registered mobile number
- Visit the Rajasthan SSO portal and click on Forgot Password.
- Select Mobile Number – Enter your mobile number/SSO ID and complete the captcha.
- Submit Verify to receive OTP on your mobile number
- Create a new strong password and login.
2. Reset from your registered email
- On the Forgot Password page, select the Email option
- Enter your email address and SSO ID and complete the captcha
- Check your email for OTP and verify it.
- Create a new strong password and access your account.
