Follow these 2 methods to reset your credentials and use Rajasthan Government services seamlessly.

Reset through your SSO registered mobile number

Reset your SSO ID through the registered email

1. Reset through registered mobile number

  1. Visit the Rajasthan SSO portal and click on Forgot Password.
  2. Select Mobile Number – Enter your mobile number/SSO ID and complete the captcha.
  3. Submit Verify to receive OTP on your mobile number
  4. Create a new strong password and log in.


2. Reset from your registered email

  1. On the Forgot Password page, select the Email option
  2. Enter your email address and SSO ID and complete the captcha
  3. Check your email for OTP and verify it.
  4. Create a new strong password and access your account
